Sandra Schider
founder・breathwork facilitator・ceremonialist
Sandra is a fiercely compassionate, embodied, and vibrant healing practitioner who finds joy and curiosity in holding wild space for people to reclaim their inner voice, meet their shadows, and find themselves in the deep truth of their hearts. She creates and leads transformational, powerful experiences that help people remember their innate belonging, wildness, and wholeness. She has lived experience of recovery from deep trauma and a wounded psyche, and has undergone many years of inner work—something she sees as fundamental not only to her own self-care, but also to those she serves.
Over the past two decades, she has specialized in a variety of branches of Breathwork, Yoga, shamanic practices, and other spiritual lineages. She is a forever student and teacher of the holistic and ritualistic practices of ancient mystery schools. Sandra is passionate about the revival of ritual and works with communities to co-create ceremonies and rites of passage around the world—helping people mark significant moments, move through challenges, and celebrate life. Her work weaves together Breathwork, plant medicines, somatic practices, ritual, and voice work (inspired by her background in the ancient art of ritual theatre and music), creating safe, playful environments where humans can authentically connect and release.
She is a qualified and experienced Neurodynamic™ Breathwork facilitator for one-on-one sessions, group work, release-work, and integration, trained in a direct lineage of Stanislav Grof, the father of modern Breathwork.
Sandra is also a trained Integration Coach, passionate about preparing for and integrating expanded states of consciousness with both groups and individuals.
She is a certified Yoga teacher, specializing in integrative yoga rituals, which she combines with yogic philosophy, storytelling, and the breath.
Sandra is highly sensitive to the environment around her and has found solace and wisdom from Breath, Movement, Animal, and Plant Medicine, all offered by Mother Nature and the body. Inspired by her time in the Rainforest in Brazil and by meeting her first teacher here in Europe, she became a Cacao Guardian and ritualist upon returning to Europe, holding a deep love for the Cacao medicine.
She is also an initiated Rapéh ceremonialist, and a guardian of its powerful medicine.
Deeply present and devoted through years of practice, Sandra focuses on cultural and systemic change through personal and collective healing—always rooted in our relationship with the Earth and the cosmos.
In addition to her passion for facilitating expanded states of consciousness, her greatest love has always been animals. She has a strong connection to animal medicine. Animals have accompanied her throughout her life as loving friends and wise teachers—in physical form and in spirit. On a practical level, she is an animal activist and founded an exceptional dog shelter on the island of Leros in Greece.
The Freedom Tribe embodies her soul work.
Sandra lives and breathes what she teaches. She shares from her inner well of lived experience.
She is partly made of Earth—but mostly made of Fire.

Andrew Casselton
relational psychotherapist . breathwork facilitator . mindfulness teacher
Andrew is someone people naturally feel safe with. Grounded, compassionate, and gently playful, he holds space with deep presence and sensitivity. Whether in groups or one-to-one, he brings a trauma-informed, heart-led approach that helps people reconnect with who they truly are — especially those who feel they’ve lost their sense of direction or purpose.
He’s a qualified Neurodynamic Breathwork Facilitator, a Mindfulness Teacher, and a UKCP Relational Integrative Psychotherapist. He’s also currently deepening his work through training in Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry — bringing all these threads together to support healing through awareness, embodiment, and connection.
Andrew’s journey into this work began in 2006 when he stopped drinking alcohol. After a long struggle with addiction and a life-altering spiritual emergency he discovered mindfulness and began rebuilding his life from the inside out. He went on to train as a mindfulness teacher and found refuge at the Tibetan Monastery of Samye Ling in Scotland, where he continues to draw inspiration for his daily practice. Later, breathwork became a powerful part of his healing — helping him move beyond fear and step into a more authentic, wholehearted life.
Through his own experience, Andrew came to believe that many of us have become disconnected from our bodies, from each other, and from what really matters. Modern life pushes us to live in our heads — always planning, protecting, producing. But healing, he says, happens through the body, through breath, and most importantly, through relationship. When we slow down, feel what’s alive in us, and connect with others in safe, supported ways, something profound starts to shift.
Andrew runs his practice from his home on the beautiful East Yorkshire coast, where the sea is both his neighbour and his medicine. He’s a year-round sea swimmer, mountain climber, 5Rhythms dancer, and a big fan of retro cinemas and good home-cooked food.
